This charming Victorian cottage, with three bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, features a spacious covered porch with breathtaking sunset views over the bay, water views from every room, a kitchen with granite counter's and stainless steel and updated bathrooms. Plus, you will be just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and a beautiful beach.The community also offers Pickle ball and Basketball near by. If you’re a commuter, the area has commuter rail or a quick 15-minute ferry ride to Boston. We require a minimum stay of one month. If you have a boat, there are moorings in the water near the house, so you can simply check with the Harbormaster to see if they’re available.
